Shipping:
Orders are shipped UPS or FedEx based on price and availability.
Call (800) 405-2000 for a shipping quote. Canadian orders add a $15.00 handling charge.
No COD's on international shipments. Call for rates on overseas
shipments.
Exchanges / Returns:
We will gladly exchange any item returned postpaid within 30 days.
Please include a copy of your invoice, along with an explanation of the
reason for the exchange. There is a 20% restocking charge on all
returned orders. Items must be returned within 30 days. We
will, of course, be responsible for returns do to an error on our part.

any cause whatsoever, nor for the labor, transportation, or mechanical
damage caused by the use or misuse of products. We are not responsible

New Pattern Policy:
Would you like to get your lines for FREE? If you need lines that we have a category for, but your application is not listed, you qualify for free lines!
The first step is to call The Right Stuff and confirm that we still need patterns for the particular line(s) that you have. Next, all lines must be blown out and reasonably free of grease and oil. Third, the start and end points of each line should be labeled. Clear tape should be placed over all labels to keep markings from smearing. Last, send us the lines and wait for you brand new, exact reproduction lines to be delivered.
If you need lines for a category we do not have listed, you may still qualify to receive a 30%-50% discount. You must have a complete set, and all lines must be original. Call for more information.
This is a win-win situation for everyone involved. We make our lines off of good patterns acquired from you. You, in turn, save hundreds of dollars on a set of the best fitting reproduction lines available.
